Kazakhstan News.Net Tuesday 24th November, 2009
A US federal judge has described a Detroit Internet spammer as one of the world's most prolific senders of spam e-mail.
In a case where it was found Alan Ralsky of Oakland County's West Bloomfield sent millions of unsolicited e-mails trying to influence Chinese stock prices, Ralsky was sentenced to
four years in prison.
According to prosecutors, Ralsky was involved in a 2005 stock fraud scheme that netted him $2.7 million.
He pleaded guilty in June to fraud and acknowledged full responsibility.
