The seminars and debates would be conducted in all girls' colleges and girls' senior secondary schools followed by co-educational colleges and senior secondary schools in districts of Ambala, Panchkula, Karnal, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Hisar, Sirsa, Fatehabad and Mewat, the spokesman said.

Professional, engineering, nursing, polytechnic colleges and industrial training institutes would also be included in the drive, he added.
