On 3 December, The European Azerbaijan Society (TEAS) celebrated five years since its foundation during a glittering event in the stunning setting of the Locarno Suite in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office - scene of the signing of the Treaty of Locarno in 1925, TEAS told APA. Initially founded by Tale Heydarov during his studies at the London School of Economics, the society evolved into the London Azerbaijan Society, before becoming TEAS in 2008.
